This asshole doesn’t know the first thing about post WWI Germany and his lunacy. This is a move by a state part who hasn’t won a presidential election in said state since the Reagan landslide of 84 and I guess they figure they will lose it again next year as well.

I would point out that without amending the Constitution, state laws requiring electors to vote for the candidate who wins the state popular vote substantially changed the intent of the founding fathers. There is no constitutional difference between requiring electors to vote for the winner of the popular vote of the state, and requiring electors to vote for the winner of the popular vote of the nation.
